Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best customer experience possible. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Worry free! You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To start the return process, please contact us at customer_service@norasu.com or click "CONTACT" from the main menu.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
We will provide a return shipping label within 30 days of product delivery. If shipping was paid for the purchase, those costs are nonrefundable.
For return shipping costs:
- Defective Products: We will cover the full return shipping cost.
- Other Returns: The shipping cost will be deducted from the final return amount.
- Store Credits: If you choose to receive store credits for your return, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
