What's the difference between foam and liquid pumps?
Foam pumps mix air with soap to create a rich lather — you use less soap per wash. Liquid pumps dispense soap as-is. Both work with standard hand soap. Choose foam for hand washing, liquid for dish soap or thicker formulas.
Can I switch from foam to liquid (or vice versa)?
Yes! Just buy a Replacement Pump in the type you want. The pump unscrews from any Norasu ceramic dispenser.
What soap works best?
Any standard liquid hand soap or dish soap works with the liquid pump. For foam pumps, use foaming hand soap refills or dilute regular liquid soap with water at a 1:4 ratio.
What are the dimensions?
Our ceramic dispensers are approximately 18cm / 7 inches tall (with pump) and hold about 350ml / 12oz. Exact dimensions vary by product — check each product page for specifics.
Are these dishwasher safe?
The ceramic body should not go in the dishwasher — simply wipe with a damp cloth. The SENTRALTIND glass dispenser body is dishwasher safe (remove the pump first).
Are these handmade?
Yes. Each piece is individually crafted from high-fired ceramic. Small variations in the glaze are normal and reflect the handmade nature of the product.

Processing: 1-3 business days. Delivery: 5-8 business days within the US, 7-14 business days internationally.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times are typically 7-14 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We replace damaged items for free. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll ship a replacement right away.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I exchange a color or variant?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange the exchange — you just need to ship the original item back.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order enters fulfillment, we can't modify it.
